  Description

Many of the temporary policies implemented to fight the COVID-19 pandemic have been in place for three years and now seem an established part of our healthcare system. However, these flexibilities and waivers, as well as billing codes and parity, will expire or begin to phase out with the end of the PHE.

TMA experts answer member questions about how their practice will be affected by the end of the PHE.

Best Bits
  • Will payment parity continue for telehealth?
  • Will Medicaid patients continue to be auto renewed?
  • Will Medicare continue to allow audio only visits?
  • Will virtual direct supervision still be allowed?
