Carra Benson, MS, CPC, CDEO, CPMA, CDEO, is TMA's practice management and reimbursement service manager with approximately 20 years’ experience in health care, working with physician practices and in hospital systems. Her expertise includes revenue cycle management, coding and documentation audits, credentialing, staff training, and practice operations.

Heather Bettridge serves as associate vice president of TMA Practice Management Services. Her 20 years' of diverse health care experience includes business and educational program development, practice operations, human resource management, coding and documentation audits, financial analysis, and new practice setups. She holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin and is certified as a professional coder as well as a professional medical auditor by the American Academy of Professional Coders.

Teri Deabler, CMPE, COE, is a practice management consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in health care management and creating high-performing teams across the country. Her expertise includes revenue cycle management, practice relocations with construction project management, operational process improvement, and team building. Ms. Deabler is a certified practice management executive through the Medical Group Management Association, as well as a certified ophthalmic executive through the American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators. She trained at the GE Learning Center on Change Acceleration Process and Work-Out.
